Gründung und Historie

Mit Wirkung zum 2. November 2020 haben die Sharp Corporation und die NEC Corporation die Gründung eines Joint Ventures abgeschlossen und die NEC Display Solutions hat ihren Geschäftsbetrieb mit geändertem Firmennamen
Sharp NEC Display Solutions als Tochtergesellschaft von Sharp aufgenommen.
- Laut Beschluß der Unternehmen NEC Corporation, NEC Viewtechnology, Ltd. und NEC Display Solutions, Ltd. werden mit Wirkung zum 1. April 2007 die Geschäftsfelder der NEC Display Solutions (Displays) und der NEC Viewtechnology (Projektoren/Beamer) einschließlich der Sparte für Plasma-Displays in einem neuen Unternehmen gebündelt.
